Dr. Bieber accepts the following insurance plans:

Payment Information
Payment is expected at the time of visit. Now that sessions are remote I am using Venmo for payment. My Venmo handle is @Susan-Bieber-12. Credit cards are not accepted.
Cancellation Policy
At least 24 hours notice is required if you will not be keeping your scheduled appointment. Individual appointments which are not kept or cancelled within the prescribed period will be billed at the usual rate, $160.00 for a therapy session, and $180.00 for an initial evaluation. Insurance companies will not reimburse for a missed appointment. The patient is responsible for this bill. A new appointment will not be scheduled until all outstanding fees are paid.
